We handle the measuring, home documentation, zoning analysis, and full schematic design with revision. You'll get a complete permit-ready set and light builder coordination. This is our most popular package for decks, small additions, kitchens, redesign existing layout, finish basements and ADU's.
Full Design Package
For major renovations, additions, or new builds where every detail matters.
This premium package includes it all: measuring, zoning, layout strategy, 3D walkthroughs, Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), structural coordination and support through every design phase. We work closely with your builder, engineer, and any other team members to ensure a smooth path from vision to construction.
